ADJOURNr%[ENT Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting, January 14, 1981 Kenai Public Safety Building, 7 p.m.* } Philip Bryson, Presiding Chairman ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN MOTION: a Jerry Andrews moved, seconded by Jim Blanning., to postpone the election. of Chairman and Vice Chairman until the next meeting. There were no objections. 1. ROLL CALL Present: Phil Bryson, Mary Quesnel, Jerry Andrews, Jim Blanning, George Fox, and Ex-Officio Member Betty Glick Absent: David Curtis and Wayne Regelin 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS 3. AGENDA APPROVAL MOTION: Jerry Andrews moved, seconded by George Fox, to approve. the Agenda with deletion of Items 7 and 8. There were no objections. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF December 10, 1980 MOTION: Jerry Andrews moved, seconded by George Fox, to approve the minutes of December 10, 1980 as submitted. There were no objections. 5. OLD BUSINESS A. Assignment of Lease: Kenai Food Center to D ~ A Supermarkets, Inc. MOTION: Jerry Andrews moved, seconded by George Fox, to approve the assignment of lease to D ~ A Supermarkets, Inc. The motion passed unanimously. Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission Page 2 Regular Meeting, January 14, 1981 B. Bridge Road Subdivision: Preliminary Plat The Commissioners discussed this plat and reviewed the Borough Plat Committee Report. MOTION: Jerry Andrews moved, seconded by George Fox, to adopt PZ Resolution No. 81-1 approving Bridge Road Subdivision Preliminary Plat upon the correction of negative finding of Ttem 9 and changing "G" Street to comply with existing City Street Map and incorporate the Borough recommendations. 9. Lots are not identified by street addresses in accordance with City Code. The motion passed unanimously with Jim Blanning acknowledging that the applicant is his employer. C. Fredrickson Subdivision: Preliminary Plat The Commissioners reviewed this plat and noted that there was no Borough Plat Committee Report submitted. MOTION: George Fox moved, seconded by Jerry Andrews, to adopt PZ Resolution No. 81-2 approving Fredrickson Subdivision: Preliminary Plat upon the correction of negative finding of Item 9 and changing the street name "9th" Ave. S.E. to comply with the existing City Street Name Map. The motion passed unanimously. 6. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Jerry Andrews moved, seconded by George Fox, to adjourn the meeting.
