ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Glick called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Members Present: Carl Glick, Phil Bryson, Ron Goecke
Members Absent: Barb Nord, Don Erwin, Robert Newbry
Others Present: Councilman Duane Bannock, Administrative Assistant
Marilyn Kebschull, Contract Secretary Barbara Roper
Chairman Glick canceled the meeting as a quorum was not established.
