ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners: Phil Bryson, Duane Bannock, Saylor Rehm, Art Graveley Councilman: Hal Smalley Planning Staff: Loretta Harvey City Administration: Kim Howard, Jack La Shot 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION AND VOTE: Commissioner Glick moved for approval of the agenda as amended, seconded by Commissioner Murphy. Passed by Unanimous Consent. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 12, 1991 Councilman Smalley asked that fishing" under the discussion "sport guide fishing". So no' MOTION AND VOTE: Commissioner Murphy moved for Commissioner Glick seconded. 4. PERSONS PRESENT SCHEDULED 5. PLANNING the reference to "commercial about Irene's Lodge, be changed to ted. approval of minutes as amended. Passed by Unanimous Consent. TO BE HEARD a. Resolution PZ 91-19: Preliminary Plat - White Country Estates Jack La Shot, City Engineer introduced the plat and explained that there would need to be an installation agreement to construct roads and the sewer and water system. MOTION: Commissioner Glick moved approval of Resolution PZ 91-19 with incorporation of staff comments (per attached comment sheet), Commissioner Bannock seconded.
