Commissioner Glick moved for approval of the agenda as amended,
seconded by Commissioner Murphy. Passed by Unanimous Consent.

Estates
Jack La Shot, City Engineer introduced the plat and explained
that there would need to be an installation agreement to
construct roads and the sewer and water system.
MOTION:
Commissioner Glick moved approval of Resolution PZ 91-19 with
incorporation of staff comments (per attached comment sheet),
Commissioner Bannock seconded.
