OF KENAI GRANTING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO:

WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14,20.150 has been
submitted and received on: May 20, 2008
2. This request is on land zoned: RS -Suburban Residential
3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can
and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to
existing requirements:
a, Any expansion of the business requires an amendment to the CUP.

4. That the Commission conducted a duly advertised public hearing as required by

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF TI-IE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS
DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED LAWN CARE BUSINESS MEETS THE
CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE
COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE
THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
