3. The proposed zoning district is IL -- Li h~ustrial T_
4. An appropriate public hearing as required was conducted dune 25 2008
5. That the following additional facts have been found to exist:
6. Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Kenai that the petitioned REZONING of Lot 4 FBO Sub. No 7 & Lot 5 FBO Sub No. 8 as
shown on Attachment B is hereby recommended to the Kenai City Council.
