A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED (-P-

BE APPROVED SUBJECT. TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS)..v
WHEREAS, the attached plat .(Judy Kay Bell Subd., BLPrt Lot 140 )
was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory.. Planning and Zoning
Commission by the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission
and received January 16, 1978
and
WHEREAS,-the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
-finds:
1. Plat area is zoned Rural Residential (RR) and:
therefore-subject to said .zone conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. of Kenai Advisory
Planning and Zoning Commission that does recommend to the Kenai
Peninsula Borough .Planning Commission (approval) (approval subject
to the following conditions: correction of negative. findings of
item (s) 6~ 81 9~ 10 , 11 and 12 _ _ _ .above) .
11. Prior to approval, the Commission recommends the Borough.verify
the right of ways shown on adjoining property.
12. The Commission recommends that Lots 4 and 5 be shown as one
lot until water and sewer is available.
