A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY FLANNING AND. ZONING. COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED

BE (APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOtaING CONDITIONS).

was referred to the City of enai Advisory Planning and-Zoning
Commission by the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
finds
