A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE. ATTACHED ~nn~T TT,(TTTTnV

BE (APPROVED) (APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOt~7ING CONDITIONS) .
WHEREAS, the attached plat.( )
was referred to the City of Kenai dvisory Planning and Zoning
Commission by .the K n 'Peninsula Borough Planning Commission

and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
finds:

therefore subject to said zone conditions.

4. Plat ~~e~} (does not) subdivide a tract subject to
approved special assessment. (Subdivision owner has specified

created lots by an appropriate statement attached to the plat.)
