A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED t± R; .L ; ;.*-~~.~'

BE (APPROVED) (APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOialNG CONDITIONS).

was referred to the City of Kenai Adviso y Planning and Zoning
Commission by the enai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned.. and
