WHEREAS, the attached plat { ~~ ~ ) was referred to the City of enai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission by the Ke i eninsula Borough Planning .Commission. and received and ~ WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission finds: 1.
