A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED ("""'''''"''"'~^~'

WHEREAS, the attached plat (~~~
was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Plann' g and Zoning
Commission by the Ken P ninsula Borough Planning Commission

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and 7,oning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned L~(:CC,~Y and
therefore subject to said zone conditions.
