A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED (PRELIMINARY PLAT), (FIN~:~~).:~

WHEREAS, the attached plat ( ~~` ,tf LY-/ -~ ~, ) was referred
to the City of Kenai Advisory anning n ~oning Commission by the Kenai
Peninsula Borough Planning Commission and received ~~~3/~a and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission finds:

said zone conditions.
