A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF KENAI RECOr(MENDING THAT THE ATTACHED (PRELIMINARY PLAT), (F ),
OR (D~ nr ATTTrtr') BE (~d,.g~.,~,~,,) (APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS)
WHEREAS, the attached plat (/~~ ~~~ ,(~~,d~x. ) was referred
to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning an Zoning Commissi n by the Kenai
Peninsula Borough Planning, Commission and received /p~j~ ~~ and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned ~~~i~ (~k..~ ~ and therefore subject to
said zone conditions.
