WHEREAS, the attached plat (-- ~~~~t,.Q~. ) was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory anning an Zoning Comm'ssion by the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission and received ~/ and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission finds: 1.
