RESOLUTION N0. PZ 80-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED PRELIMINARY PLAT
BE APPROVED.
WHEREAS, the attached plat (V.I.P. Ranch Estates Part 4) was
referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning
Commission by the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission
and received July 2, 1980, and
WHEREAS, the. City of Kenai Advisory Planning .and Zoning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned Rural Residential and therefore
subject to said zone conditions.
2. Water is not available.
3. Sewer is not available.
4. Plat does not subdivide a tract subject to approved
special assessment.
5. Appropriate right-of-way has been designated and is
appropriate for the zone.
6. Status of surrounding land is shown.
7. Utility easements, if required, are shown.
8. Lots are not identified by street addresses in accordance
with City code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Kenai Advisory
Planning and Zoning Commission that does recommend to the Kenai
Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the
following conditions:
1. No buildings are encroaching on the set backs.
2. Streets are named and house numbers given.
PASSED by the Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Kenai, Alaska, this 9th day of July, 1980.
