A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED (PRELIMINARY
BEA(APPRO~VI~ED~PROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWINOGRCOND~S)
WHEREAS, the attached plat (\L~n A~t7on ~ n~ `j,~)
was referred to the City of nai Aid isory ~ annin and Zoning ~
Commission by the en i Peninsula Borough Planning Commission
and received

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned ~ and
therefore subject to said zone conditions.

approved special assessment. (Subdivision owner has specified
