Linda Munstermann & Al Henrikson [dHEREAS, the Commission finds that Section 21.76.220 provides that a variance ...from the strict provisions of the zoning .code may be granted by the Commission if alI conditions specified in 21.76.22Q (B.l.b) are met, and WHEREAS, the Commission finds: 1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section 21.76.220 (B.l.b) has been submitted and received on Nyonday January 3, 193 2. That this request is located on land zoned suburban Residential 3. That the applicant seeks. a variance from. the strict provisions of 21,76. 0~0 from the requirement o€ Section C 2-4 setback requirements , to _zero lot line with a party wall 4. a. That there are.
