A Resolution of the Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Kenai (granting)(denying) a request for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT,
as aut/h~orized by 21.76.22n0 of the Kenai Zoning Code, for

WHEREAS, the Commission finds that Section 21.76.140 establishes that
there are uses which .may be compatible with principal uses in
specified zones if certain conditions are met, and that the
Commission shall permit this compatible type of use if the requirements
and conditions so specified are met, and
WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section
21.76.140 ( ~j/ez*b) has been submitted and received on _ 1,~~~~.3
2. That this request is located on land zoned 3u~~.~Al /t e5/4r~[/;~/~~,
3. That this proposed use is (permitted) (not permitted) as a
Conditional Use in this zone, as specified in Section 21.76.140

4. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other
documents that he can and will meet the following specific
requirements and conditions as required by Section 21.76.140
a. The proposed location of the use and the size and characteristics
of the site will maximize its benefit to the public
b. Exits and entrances and off street parking for the use are located
to prevent traffic hazards on public streets

5. That a duly advertised public hearing meeting the requirements
of Section 21.76.140(C2) has been held by the Commission on

6. That the following additional facts have been found to exist:
*Applicant will have supporting documents and .pictures available for
the meeting.

NOIV, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED, by the Advisory Planning and Zonin g
Commission of the City of Kenai that the applicant (has) (has not)
demonstrated that the proposed development meets the conditions required
for said proposal, and therefore the Commission (does not permit said
proposal to be constructed) (permits said proposal to be constructed
in accordance with the specified conditions, and authorizes the
administrative official of the Kenai Zoning Code to issue a Certificate
of Zoning Compliance for said proposal).
