A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI
RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED (PRELIMINARY PLAT), ( OR (RE~~AtG)
BE O (APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS).
WHEREAS, the attached plat ~ was referreD
to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by b ~,_,c..,

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:

that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval
subject to the following conditions: correction of any negative findings as
stated above.
