PZ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED ~~~~ BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING COND TIONS WHEREAS, the attached plat ~~i.~~7~a=c~~•~`J was referred to the City of enai Advisory Planning & Zonin Commission by -~~~ and received on and, WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1 . Plat area is zoned ,,,~,~,Q on4 and therefore subject to said zone conditions. 2. Water & sewer ( ~~~~~ ) is available. 3. Plat (does) oes not subdivide property within a public improvement district subject to special assessments. There (is) is not a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the referenced property. 4. NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the correction of any negative findings as stated above or on attached sheet.
