A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
T CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED~~~~~ ~®~
BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITI~S
WHEREAS, the attached plat ~~~~~j, ,~ ~~~~~ ~ f
was referred to the City of'~enai Advis y Planning & Zoning
Commission by _ ~ ~~ and received on 7
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned .~i.~s.~ J,®~ and therefore subject to
said zone conditions.
2. Water & sewer ( ~n_ _Sr~, ) is available.
3. Plat (does) does not subdivide property within a public
improvement district subject to special assessments. There
(is) not- a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai
for the referenced property.
4. Appropriate right-of-way has (ra.e.~) been designated and is

NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai
Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the
correction of any negative findings as stated above or on
attached sheet.
