PZ-~c A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING C M.MISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED: ° -~,,e~~ BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING COND~IT ONS WHEREAS, the attached plat ~.d'J~f"l~fidj ~~~~ ~~~ was referred to the.City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning,. Commission by ~,rZ~~j~~ryy and received on /~c~3 and, WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1. Plat area is zoned ~~j and therefore subject to said zone conditions. 2. Water & sewer is available. 3. Plat (does) (does not) subdivide property within a public improvement district subject to special assessments. There (is) (is not) a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the referenced property. 4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMLSSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the correction of any negative findings as stated above or on attached sheet.
