~dHEREAS, the Commission finds that Section 21.76.220 provides that a variance
from the strict provisions of the zoning code may be granted by the Commission
if all conditions specified in 21.76.220 (B.l.b) are met, and
~dHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section 21.76.220 (B.l.b)
has been submitted and received on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Kenai that the conditions specified in 21.76.220(B.l.b) (have)

request for a variance) (grants this variance as specified herein, and authorizes
the administrative official of the .Kenai Zoning Code to issue a Certificate
