That an application meeting the requirements of Section 21.76.~Q f~Y¢L~ ) has been submitted and received on ID~/3~rX3 ~ _ 2. That this request is located on land zoned ~~~r~ rt ~S/~. 3. That this proposed use is ermitte (^^~ ~°±^~~~}~+) as a Conditional Use in this zone, as specified in Section 21.76.140 ( (3 ) . 4. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that he can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions as required by Section 21.76.140 (© ): a. The proposed location of-the use and the size and characteristics of the site will maximize its benefits to the public, and, b. Exits and entrances and off street parking for the use are located to prevent traffic hazards on public streets. 5. That a duly advertised public hearing meeting the requirements of Section 21.76.,~a?) (C2) has been held by the Commission on ~,_rj~ /y'~~ 6. That the following additional facts have been found to exist: .~,~• In accordance with,~ection 21.76.140-B(1): a. The propsoed use is similar to principal uses permitted in the zone b. PZ 3-70 Page 2 of 2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Advisory Plannin & Zoning Commission of the City of Kenai that the applicant as (has not demonstrated that the proposed development meets e conditions required for said proposal, and therefore the Commission (does not permit said proposal to be constructed) (permits said proposal to be constructed in accordance with the specified conditions.)
