A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING. AND ZONING C MMISSION OF
T E CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED °

WHEREAS, the attached plat ,~{1/LG~~ ~~~
was referred to e ity of Ken Advisory Planning & Zoning
Commission by ~Ri~~ and received on ~ /lo
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned /~ and therefore subject to
said zone conditions.
2. Water & sewer ( ) is available.

improvement district subject to special assessments. .There

correction of any negative findings as stated above or on
attached sheet.
