BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONIONS

Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the
correction of any negative findings as stated above or on
attached sheet. .

T0: Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission

SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat PZ84-8: Rocky Point Acres S/D
DATE: February 3, 1984
McLane and Associates have ,prepared the preliminary plat for the
bluff portion of Section 36. The preliminary plat shows the
existing tracts for parcels of land which will be left after the
ROW's are dedicated.
The subdivision name was suggested by McLane and Associates,
however, the Commission should feel free to suggest other names
if so desired.
In addition, all of the proposed.. ROW's will have to be named on
the final plat.
This preliminary plat was approved by the Kenai City Council at
their meeting of February 1st. The Commission's recommendation
on this plat will be forwarded to t'he Council for their
evaluation at their next meeting, February 15th.
Concurrently this plat will be submitted to the Borough Planning
Commission for their review.
