A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED ~~~t
BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CON TIONS
WHEREAS, the attached plat ,~
was referred to the City of Ke i Ad isory Planning & Zoni~n~~g~
Commission by q~j0~ and received on s,~/i/~
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission
finds:
1. Plat area is zoned ~, and therefore subject to
said zone conditions.

improvement district subject to special assessments. There

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai
Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the
correction of any negative findings as stated above or on
attached sheet.
