WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission
finds:
A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING C0- MISSION OF
THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED r~-- ,~i ~~/~.`,.- "~~ ~-,,.~
BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE. FOLL WING CONDIT~I~NS
WHEREAS, the attached plat clf~~ ,~.~>~_.~~ .j~~
was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zonin
Commission by .~tt".~ ~~~~. ~ and received on ~' ~,- e
and,
1. Plat area is zoned ~~~j and therefore subject to
said zone conditions.
2. Water & sewer ( ?~~~ ) is available.
3. Plat (does) does no subdivide property within a public
improv ent district subject to special assessments. There
(is) is no a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai
for the referenced property.
4. Appropriate right-of-way has () been designated and is

5. Copies of the agreements between the City of Kenai and the
subdivision owner for the provision of .utilities & amenities
such as, but not limited to, public water, sanitary sewers,
storm sewers, road(s), street lights, paving, curbs &

Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to the
correction of any negative findings as stated above or on
attached sheet.
