Plat (does) ( oes no subdivide property within a public improvement district subjec o special assessments. There (is) is not a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the re enced property, 5. Copies of the agreements between the City of Kenai and the subdivision owner for the provision of utilities & amenities such as, but not limited to, public water., sanitary sewers, storm sewers,-road(s), street lights, paving, curbs & gutters, in accordance with City standards-have been reviewed & have been found (acceptable) (unacceptable) 6. Status of surrounding land is () (P')shown 7. Utility easements, if required, are (-Red-3 shown 8. Any existing structures must be shown on plat. 9. Include any statements on attached Staff Comment Sheet NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
