A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF KENAI (GRANTING) (DENYING) A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT, AS AUTHORIZED BY 21.76.220 OF THE KENAI ZONING CODE,

WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section
21.76.140 ~'S' ) has been submitted and received on

3. That this proposed use is ermitted (not permitted) as a
Conditional Use in this zone,' as specified in Section
~ 21.76.140 ( V ).
4. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other
documents that he can and will meet the following specific

5. That a duly advertised public hearing meeting the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Advisory Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Kenai that the applicant (has) (has
not)demonstrated that the proposed development meets the
conditions required for said proposal, and therefore the
Commission (does not permit said proposal to be constructed)
(permits said proposal to be constructed in accordance with the
