A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING AND ZONING ~C~-.;MMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED ~'~~.~~-a3_, BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WHEREAS the attached lat ~t ~ ~ '_ was referred to the City of Kenai:: dvisory Pla~_cling & Zoning Commission by ~'~~~~j and received on ~ ~ '~ e and, WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1 .
