i RESOLUTION N0. 84-38,
A Resolution of the Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Kenai (granting) (denying) a request for a VARIANCE as authorized by 21,76,220
of the Kenai .Zoning Code,
for Centerline setback requirement/primary federal aid highway-
located Lots 17 ~& 18, Block 13, Ahlstrom S/D

WHEREAS, the Commission finds that Section 21.76.220 provides that a variance
from the strict provisions of the zoning code may be granted by the Commission
if all conditions specified in 21.76.220 (B.l,b) are met, and .
j,1HEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section 21.76.220 (B.l.b)
has been submitted and received on
April 23, 1984
2. That this request is located on land zoned General Commercial
3. That the applicant seeks a variance from the strict provisions of 21.76.

6. That the following additional facts have been found to exist:
NOLJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Kenai that the conditions specified in 21.76.220(~.l.b) (have)
(have not) been shown to exist, and, therefore, the Commission (denies this
request for a variance) (grants this variance as specified herein, and authorizes
the administrative official of the Kenai Zoning Code to issue a Certificate
of Zoning Compliance).
