A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING $c ZONING C0~1MIS,SION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED,,~j~ fj' ~~.~ ,._, BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat~~/f~~~,L,~~-„~ ~~~J j~~~
was ref~rred to the City of Kenai Advisory .Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:

subject to said zone conditions,

Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
