A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED ~~,~-~_\ °,.,..... ~ ~.a.~.~ BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: '~ lu-4°

was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Comm-i~sion by

owner for the provision of utilities & amenities such as, but not

street lights, paving, curbs & gutters, in accordance with City
