RESOLUTION N0. PZ
A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED '~~~y~_ BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: -_.J
WHEREAS, the attached plat _~'Sj~~,(~ ,j /,Q
was referred to the City of Kenai A isory Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned _~6uy~h ~eao , and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & sewer ( C~L~ ) is available,

district subject to special assessments. There (.~ s no a

5. Copies of the agreements between the City of Kenai and_the subdivision

ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
