A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat __ ~p~ ~ .~2C''.e~G~ ~~~~~
was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning ~C Zoning Commission finds:

Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
