A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE RTTACHED /+?2.c1t-Qa-c~' 1~i2.o~ ` BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat ~. ~-e-~C~ ~`~
was referred to the City of K nai Advisor Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:

subject to said zone conditions,

street lights, paving, curbs & gutters, in accordance with City

Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
