A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZON~NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOP4MENDING THAT THE ATTACHED D BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat ~~~ ~,~yjp„e ~~~ ~D~iJ~-,~~,' ~-,~
was .ref rred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:

subject to said zone conditions,

Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
