A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZO ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED ~ BE APPROVED 5UBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: -
WHEREAS, the attached plat ~~C J`.O
was referred to the City of K ai Advisor Planning & Zoning Commission by
~~~ and received on ~~~~~~~ , and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned ~/2--~ and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & sewer (1 - a~ ~~ ) is available,

owner for the provision of utilities & amenities such as, but not

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING &
ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
