PZ~S A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED__ ~Z~~ BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat ~},~ ~/ ~L/,~/7 ~,_2. was referred to the City of Kenai Adviso y Planning & Zoning Commission by ,~~,~ and received on ~~jr.~.~- , and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1. Plat area is zoned ~`~6~~1~~~//~s ~5~ and therefore subject to said zone conditions, 2. Water +~ sewer ( ~ ~ ) is available, 3. Plat (does-) ( s no ) subdivide property within a pub-1'c improvement district subject to special assessments. There 's no a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the re erenced property, 5. Copies of the agreements between the City of Kenai and the subdivision owner for the provision of utilities & amenities such as, but not limited to, public water, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, road(s), street lights, paving, curbs & gutters, in accordance with City standards have been reviewed & have been found (acceptable) ~ ~ ~ (unacceptable) 6.
