A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECDMMENDING THAT THE RTTACHED /f~-~-, BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat ~//~ ~~~~~ ~s~ ~e~ ~,9,+e~
was referred to the City.of Kenai Advisory lanning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned i~iS 1~~~~ ~~~_ and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water +~ sewer ( ~1y/ ~1 ) is available,
3. Plat {deer-) es not subdivide property within a public improvement
district subject o special assessments. There (mss- is no a
delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the referenced
property,
5. Copies of the agreements between the City of Kenai and the subdivision
owner for .the provision of utilities & amenities such as, but not
limited to, public water, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, roads},
street lights, paving, curbs & gutters, in accordance with City
standards have been reviewed & have been found (acceptable) ~t,~//~'

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING &
ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.

CORRECT STREET NAMES - 13th Ave. SW should be VIP DRIVE. Seine Ave to the south
should be BALEEN AVE. The unnamed street to the west should be SEINE STREET.
