This plat follows the same design. Developer must submit names for ROW's to :the Kenai Planning Dept. prior to f fling. PLANNING COMMISSION GENERAL Gravel pit exists in unsubdivided Tract G which falls under "grandfather rights". If pit it to be operated, the subdivision which falls in a portion of the pit changes the use and a conditional use permit must be applied for. 2./85
