PZ - 77 KPB File No. 85 , A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat `~/ was referre to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by and received on ,~j/ and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1. BUILDING INSPECTOR. PLANNING 5TAFF 1 The original 2 designs predicated construction of the 2 ROW's. This design allows water & sewer to be brought to the existing structures without construction of the ROW's until further resubdividing. (see engineer's comments) Note to Surveyor and Borough: The south ROW is Hayes Way per Res 83-31. PLANNING COMMISSION 10/85
