A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat `~/
was referre to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned i2~es~ and therefore

ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Coaiaient Sheet.

CITY ENGINEER
No problem with this design, however, both Hayes Way (30' ROW to the south) and
5th Ave. will have to be constructed prior to further resubdivision.

1 The original 2 designs predicated construction of the 2 ROW's. This design
allows water & sewer to be brought to the existing structures without construction
of the ROW's until further resubdividing. (see engineer's comments)
Note to Surveyor and Borough: The south ROW is Hayes Way per Res 83-31.
