A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:

Undesirable approach for owner of lot 9A
PLANNING STAFF
One individual owned both lots and subsequently built over the lot line. However
the owner now wishes to sell lot 9A, therefore the only alternative method to
allow purchase is the platting before you.
Existing lots were allowed at 3 to 1, therefore this replatting would not violate
that regulation further.
CHANGE WATERGATE WAY TO SUNRISE WAY.
NOTE TO COMMISSIONERS: After discussion with the surveyor, Borough Planning Dept.
and City Staff, it is recommended that this plat be approved with the stipulation
PLANNING COMMISSION that the final plat not be filed until the street name is
corrected.
