A RE50LUTION OF THE ADUISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Plann/~ing & Zoning Commission finds:
