Dear Mr. Brighton: Enclosed you will find one (1) certified copy of Ordinance 86-99. addressing the amendment to the Renai Land Use map for Parson's Homestead No. 2 and 3. As the ordinance states, the 80 acres in the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 30. T6 N. R11W (also known as preliminary plats of Parson's Homestead No. 2 and 3) will be amended on the land use map from Medium Density Residential to .Low Density Residential sD]~y when the final plats have been properly recorded.
