A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

PLANNING STAFF
A rezoning petition has been received from the owner of the property to change
the zoning designation from RS to RR. The intent of the original owner to
revert the property from Inlet Woods West (preliminary plat) to large acreage
with on-site water and septic.
All ROW's within the subdivision be consistent with Inlet Woods as the ROW's
connect the two subdivisions. (names)
