WHEREAS. the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requireme s f Sec. 14.20.150(c-1.)
and has been submitted and received on ~~ ~~

conditions by Sec 14.20.150 (b-1):

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Adviso.~y Plan & Zoning
Commission of the City of Kenai that the applicant as (has not)
demonstrated that the proposed development meets the Condit' required
for said proposal and therefore the Cammission (does not) es authorize
the administrative official to issue the appropriate permit,
PASSED by the Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Kenai,
