A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

According to available records, this subdivision was further subdivided by deed,
and according to Borough Subdivision Ordinance, created an "illegal subdivision".
The deed created lot lines without removing the old lot lines and setbacks. This
plat corrects the problem and clears the title of cloud for further sale.
All information on the plat should correspond to Borough Subdivision Ordinances.
There are several existing structures in this subdivision. To ensure no setback
violations at a future date, existing structures and their ~ locations
be shown.
