BUILDING INSPECTOR PLANNING STAFF This plat came to the attention of the planning staff in August of 1987 as a notice of time extension of a preliminary plat. It became apparent that no such plat was available in City files. A copy of the plat was obtained from the Borough. The plat comes before the Commission at this time because of a second request for a time extension. The date of the plat is 1977 and apparently has been in Borough files for at least part of that time and in an effort to clear up open files, letters were sent to owners of such parcels. At this point in time, the plat is before you for any comments you may have and wish to pass on to the Borough as the Commission has not had an opportunity to review the plat prior to this time. It might be noted that the subdivision lies in an area of partial "bog" or wetlands. PLANNING COMMISSION A drainage ditch also runs through the lower portion to Beaver Creek. 1/86
